BIM Manager - Real Estate Development

Position Title: BIM Manager - Real Estate Development Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Job Description: • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ensure compliance with ISO 19650, company standards, and project requirements. • Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Specialist disciplines, managing model integration, clash detection, and design conflict resolution. • Oversee BIM deliverables, CDE management, and information exchange while supporting construction planning, sequencing, and project execution through BIM-enabled solutions. • Monitor model quality, project timelines, conduct model audits, and prepare BIM reports, dashboards, and management presentations to ensure successful project delivery. • Lead and mentor BIM teams, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and drive digital construction initiatives and BIM best practices across the organization.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM, Design Coordination, or Digital Construction; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a BIM leadership or management role. • Must have proven experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution planning; With experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams on large-scale construction projects. • With strong understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery processes, and digital workflows.
