Summary

A BIM Modeller creates 3D models of Mechanical & Electrical systems from 2D schematics, performs clash detection to resolve spatial conflicts, and maintains as-built documentation. Daily work involves using Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to support project managers and engineers in Singapore's construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modelling & Shop Drawings: Translating 2D engineering schematics into data-rich 3D models.
  • Clash Detection & Resolution: Identifying and solving spatial conflicts between M&E services and architectural/structural elements.
  • As-Built Documentation: Updating models throughout the construction lifecycle to reflect final on-site installations.
