BIM MODELLER (MEP)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Work with engineers and architects to ensure proper MEP system design and integration.
- Update drawings based on feedback and changes in the project.
- Make sure designs meet building codes, specifications, and regulations.
- Provide technical support during installation and conduct site visits when needed.
- Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical or other related discipline.
- Certificate in BIM Revit
- Min 3 years experience in related field
- Excellent AutoCAD skills
- Able to start within short notice
- Working location: Changi
