Bioinformatician - Genomics & Clinical Data Pipelines

SA Health is seeking a Bioinformatician at PO2/PO3 level to advance genome analysis within the Genetics and Molecular Pathology directorate. You will help build and maintain pipelines that support diagnostic and research outcomes, working with scientists, clinicians and ICT partners.

The role offers opportunities to engage with high-throughput sequencing, scalable data platforms and established algorithms for human genomic analysis in a dedicated public health setting.
