Business Development Manager (Affiliate / Media Buying Team)

We are a high-performing media buying team specializing in Google Ads, looking for an ambitious and proactive BizDev to connect top-tier white-hat offers and scale our operations!

📌 What you will do:
Source & Onboard Offers: Connect high-converting CPA offers in white-hat verticals (E-commerce, Dropshipping, Lead Gen, SaaS, EdTech, Local Services, White Finance, Health & Wellness, Installs).
Lead Negotiations: Communicate with advertisers, affiliate networks, and direct partners to secure the best payouts, terms, and CR/ROAS conditions.
Launch & Support: Escort the initial launch and testing phase of new offers alongside our media buyers.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage your own pipeline through cold/warm outreach, networking, and closing deals.

🔑 Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years as a BizDev, Sales, Affiliate Manager, Offer Manager, or Partnership Manager in affiliate marketing / media buying.
Verticals Knowledge: Deep understanding of white-hat verticals (E-com, Dropshipping, Physical Goods, LeadGen, SaaS, White Finance, Insurance).
Google Ads Expertise: Clear understanding of what converts well on Search, Shopping, and PMax. Knowledge of key metrics (CPC, CR, ROAS, ROI) and Google Ads policies.
Hunter Mindset: Ability to independently find advertiser contacts, initiate outreach, negotiate, and close agreements.

⭐ Nice-to-haves (Huge Plus!):
Expertise or understanding of Nutra vertical.
Direct experience working with Media Buying teams or CPA Networks.
An existing contact base of advertisers or CPA networks in E-commerce & Dropshipping.
