You invoice directly; some projects need US EST overlap.

The Work
Design, build, test and deploy Salesforce Agentforce agents for US clients. Define the agent's topics, actions and instructions, ground it in CRM and Data Cloud data, build the actions with Flow, Apex, prompt templates and APIs, then test, tune and launch it to the client's channels.
Must Have
- 5+ years overall Salesforce development and configuration
- 1+ year hands-on Agentforce
- Active LinkedIn profile
- Prior consulting, contracting or freelance experience
- Agent Builder: topics, instructions, actions, guardrails
- Prompt Builder and prompt templates
- Flow and Apex (invocable actions) for agent actions
- Grounding agents in Data Cloud, CRM and knowledge data
- REST API and middleware integration (MuleSoft or similar)
- Einstein Trust Layer, data masking, permissions and field-level security
- Testing agents for accuracy, edge cases and off-topic requests
- Excellent spoken English for US clients
- Willing to complete full BGV
