First Step Therapy is a growing pediatric therapy company providing occupational, physical, speech, feeding, and ABA therapy services in clinic, home, and community settings. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs to support treatment quality and clinical integrity
- Monitor, analyze, and document behavioral data and client progress
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish meaningful treatment goals
- Provide caregiver education, training, and support
- Partner with other therapy disciplines to promote coordinated, functional outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate client scheduling and service delivery
- Follow applicable Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethics requirements and professional standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s Degree in an applicable field
- Current BCBA certification
- Level II fingerprinting/background clearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- In-person CPR and First Aid Certification
- Professional Liability Insurance
- ABA experience preferred
- Safety-Care training preferred
- Supervision experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership, organization, and collaboration skills
