Boat Captain
- Carry out the function of boat driving.
- Ensure the safety and protection of all passengers on board, communicate politely, and initiate help whenever required.
- Keep record of the trips and boat inventory.
- Supervise and guide the crew members to execute their responsibilities.
- Ensure all equipment onboard is in perfect working condition and the boat is well maintained and clean.
- Any maintenance on the boat should be communicated to the transport manager.
- Ensure to maintain a professional experience with guests and team members according to the set standards and policies.
- Relevant qualifications and driving license (outboard and inboard)
- Physically fit to work long hours on the sea.
- Able to communicate well with the team and guests.
- Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure.
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in resort transport will be an added advantage.
