Bob Johnson Toyota has an immediate opening for a hard-working, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. This is a full-time position offering performance-based compensation in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prospect sales using the company owner base, social media outreach, and service drive customers
• Handle incoming phone and internet leads professionally, persuasively, and promptly
• Complete customer delivery and sales documentation accurately
• Present vehicles, features, and technology confidently and effectively
• Be comfortable presenting and negotiating sales terms
• Obtain all required customer and vehicle information, including trade payoffs
• Work within the dealership’s established sales process
• Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and financial institutions as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
