BOUTIQUE SECURITY CONCIERGE OFFICER
Summary
Perform on-site security duties including access control, patrols, incident response, and customer service at a Singaporean premises.
Job Description:
- Monitor access control systems and ensure authorised entry into the premises.
- Conduct security patrols and inspections where required.
- Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare occurrence reports and maintain accurate records of incidents.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and create a positive guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Security Officer
- RTT and OBSE certified
- 1 notification available
- Well-groomed with personal full black suit
- Relevant experience in customer service, reception, hospitality is preferred.
Working Hours:
- Shift roster: 6 days work week, off day will depend on roster
