Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, Branch Manager who will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining

equipment to the highest standards, and managing logistics from dispatch to on-site service. This role requires a hands-

on leader with mechanical and electrical knowledge, strong management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and logistics of restroom trailer rentals.

• Manage, train, and mentor operations staff and field crews.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and oversee repairs of restroom trailers, including mechanical and electrical systems.

• Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliability and safety.

• Monitor inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.

• Develop and optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

• Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and utilization.
