Job Summary
As a Brand Ambassador, you will professionally represent the brand, support daily showroom operations, and build meaningful customer connections to enhance the customer experience and promote brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment
- Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service
- Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards
- Engage visitors proactively to understand their needs and deliver a positive customer experience
- Collect customer details and interests accurately and enter leads into the CRM system for follow-up
- Support brand awareness by creating compelling content for social media platforms and promotional activities
- Assist with daily showroom operations including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering as needed
- Manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items efficiently
- Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management
- Participate in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail in a customer-facing environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior knowledge of the automotive industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Proficiency in multiple languages to support communication with diverse customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
- Good problem-solving ability to address customer needs and showroom challenges
- Attention to detail to maintain showroom standards and accurate data entry

- This is a 24-month contract role with working hours aligned to mall operating hours
