This is a rare opportunity to join the high-performing team at Buick GMC of North Miami, part of Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD).

We’re seeking an experienced Brand Manager to coach our sales team, deliver exceptional customer experience, and achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate has high-volume dealership management experience and a strong background in new and pre-owned sales, F&I, and customer follow-up.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience and a proven track record of success, leading a sales team to achieve targeted results. As Brand Manager, you must have a hands-on approach to leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and desk deals, possess excellent closing skills and train daily. Buick GMC experience is highly preferred. CDK experience is a plus!
