The role is accountable for shaping the local growth agenda for two priority Better-For-You brands, translating consumer, category and commercial insight into clear strategic choices, compelling brand plans and disciplined execution that unlocks sustainable growth. Responsibilities Drive Brand Growth Synthesise consumer, shopper, category and commercial data from multiple sources to identify sharp brand insights, growth opportunities and clear strategic actions. Develop brand and category growth plans for Sunbites and PopCorners using the Growth Navigator model, delivering AOP volume, net revenue, share and profit growth while building long-term brand equity. Independently shape the local growth agenda for both brands, bringing strong strategic judgement, confidence and commercial rigour to recommendations and decision-making. Drive strong cross-functional collaboration and brand custodianship, balancing long-term growth plans with short-term business objectives. Develop and deliver compelling brand presentations for senior leaders, cross-functional teams and retail partners to secure alignment, buy-in and executional ownership. Product Innovation and Commercialisation Lead the development of local innovation pipelines in partnership with R&D, insights, category, commercial teams and external research partners to unlock incremental brand growth. Own product and packaging innovation for Sunbites across salty and biscuit aisles, and for PopCorners across relevant formats, subranges and pack propositions. Lead cross-functional project delivery through stage gate, aligning sales, category, R&D, RMM, finance and insights to deliver launches on time, in budget and with clear success measures. Lead monthly performance tracking for Sunbites and PopCorners leveraging Circana, brand scorecards, Synergy and Quantium to translate performance into action plans that optimise investment, execution and future growth. Manage the A&M budget and related processes within PepsiCo controls and taxonomy frameworks, ensuring accurate tracking, disciplined spend and clear ROI focus. Creative and Activation Development Lead the development and execution of brand communications and activation platforms for Sunbites and PopCorners, ensuring plans are distinctive, insight-led, category-relevant and designed to drive penetration. Create clear, compelling briefs for creative, media, PR agencies, translating business challenges into strong creative and commercial outcomes. Deliver integrated plans across paid, owned, earned, shopper, in-store, experiential and digital touchpoints, ensuring each initiative has clear objectives, measures and optimisation plans. Manage creative development, production, media planning, budget, timing, business sell-in and post-campaign analysis to ensure best-in-class work that builds equity and drives growth. Use key brand performance and ROI tools, including Kantar BMS, Circana, Synergy and Quantium, to evaluate activity, identify learnings and drive continuous improvement. Manage relationships with packaging, research, media, creative, social and activation agencies to ensure projects and campaigns are delivered to a high standard, on time, on budget and optimised for launch. Demonstrate and promote a commitment to health, safety and welfare across all projects, agency partnerships and activations. Qualifications 5–7 years of brand management experience in the Australian market, preferably within FMCG.Proven experience in brand planning, insights-driven decision making, and managing multiple priorities.Ability to work autonomously, set direction, influence stakeholders, and make recommendations. Experience leading new product development and innovation through stage-gate processes. Strong expertise across marketing disciplines, including media, digital, social, communications, research, and agency management. Proficiency in data analytics (Circana/Nielsen), performance diagnosis and commercial decision making, with solid financial and P&L acumen. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional, regional, and global teams.
