📋 Job Requirements:

• Must know how to use tms MVMNT
• Ability to review and process carrier invoices, rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other load-related documents.
• Ability to track outstanding invoices, aging reports, scheduled payments, and payment discrepancies.
• Experience communicating with brokers, carriers, factoring companies, and customers regarding invoices and payments.
• Can work with factoring companies.
• Can work with MVMNT / Data Truck and other transportation management or load-management platforms (preferable).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify invoice, payment, and documentation discrepancies…
