Bryden pi Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the following position in the Human Resources Department:
Human Resource Assistant
Some Main Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate recruitment activities including: scheduling interviews, preparing interview packages, post interview feedback, PPAs, reference checks, Certificate of Good Character/Background Checks, medicals, and filing.
- Assist HRO with scheduling of training and orientation sessions.
- Follow up on the completion of performance appraisals and probation reviews
- Assist with new employee Inductions and Orientations.
- Receive and process Group Health, Life, Pension benefit applications / enrolments and dependent/beneficiary changes in accordance with HR policies and procedures
- Ensure expeditious recording, processing and submission of all medical claims, liaise regularly with the insurer, with timely follow-up and responses to employees’ queries and discrepancies.
- Enter and update employee leave details when required
- Assist in the administration of the NIS benefit for the Company through the registration of all employees and assist employees in the preparation of NIS claims.
- Maintain and update all HR employee files/HRIS and other HR Administrative files and ensure all records are maintained on a timely basis and in accordance with approved HR filing system.
- Assist with employee correspondences and internal communication as needed.
- Assist with preparing letters for employees upon request, including BIR, job letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters etc.
- Maintain all confidential information except when disclosure is authorized including among other things, any non-public information concerning the Company, including, but not limited to its subsidiaries, business structure, financial performance, product specifications, and processes, results or prospects, customer lists, price lists, employee data, pricing strategies, sales and promotions techniques, training materials and any non-public information.
- Support HRO with HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist the HR Officers with the administration of the HR functions as required.
- Provide Receptionist relief when required.
- Communicate and promote the company’s values.
Qualification, Experience and Requirement:
- Diploma Level qualification in Human Resources or other post-secondary qualification in related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the field of Human Resources and/or Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
