Business Analyst 4-Ops

The GenAI Solutions Builder rapidly turns approved business use cases into practical AI-enabled workflows and prototypes. Working closely with domain experts and engineers, the role combines solution design, prompting and low-code or workflow configuration to deliver useful capabilities quickly. The builder also equips Customer Success Services domain builders with patterns, coaching and reusable assets that increase delivery capacity.

• 5-8+ years of experience in business systems, solution design, low-code development, automation or technical consulting or similar.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, rapid prototyping and workflow automation.
• Ability to balance user needs, business value, technical feasibility and responsible AI considerations.
• Strong collaboration skills with both business stakeholders and software engineering teams.
• Experience with Oracle platforms, Customer Success Services processes or business applications is preferred.
