Business Analyst
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years as a Business Analyst or Reporting Analyst or in a similar role supporting enterprise system implementation
Experience gathering reporting requirements and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and SQL for data validation, analysis and reporting
Experience in CIS, Utility Billing, ERP, Finance, Banking, telecommunications, or other transaction-intensive systems is an advantage
Understanding of Philippine regulatory context (ERC reporting, RA 10173)
Experience participating in at least one end-to-end system implementation or digital transformation project is preferred.
