Turn business needs into well-defined AI use cases on a 24-month government AI program in Dubai. You run discovery workshops with business units, document requirements and processes, build use-case briefs and benefit cases, and support the PMO's reporting rhythm in Arabic and English. Full time, onsite at the client's premises in Dubai. Professional Arabic and English are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery and requirements workshops with business units; document current processes and pain points
- Author use-case briefs, requirement specifications, and benefit cases for the AI use-case pipeline
- Support design reviews by validating that designs meet the documented business requirements
- Produce and maintain PMO documentation: minutes, action logs, weekly progress inputs, and bilingual deliverable packs
- Track benefits after each use-case release and feed results into quarterly reviews
Requirements
- 4+ years as a business analyst on technology projects, with at least 1 year of exposure to AI, data, or automation initiatives
- Requirements elicitation: workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs
- Process modeling (BPMN or equivalent) and use-case documentation
- Professional Arabic and English, spoken and written (required)
- Structured documentation fit for executive review: minutes, status reports, dashboards, benefit tracking
- A realistic understanding of what AI can and cannot do
- CBAP/CCBA or equivalent is an advantage
