TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Business Analyst specialising in Analytics to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional to make a meaningful impact within our organisation. Based in the Ang Mo Kio North-East Region, this role offers competitive remuneration of up to $4,000 plus variable bonus. As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leveraging analytics to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. This position is integral to our operations, enabling us to harness data insights for continuous improvement and innovation.
Key responsibilities
Gather, analyse and interpret business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
Design and develop analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to support business objectives
Create detailed specifications and documentation for systems development and implementation
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process optimisation
Collaborate with IT teams and software developers to translate business needs into technical requirements
Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance on new systems and enhancements
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements
Maintain documentation of business processes, systems and analytical methodologies
Support change management initiatives and provide training to end-users on new systems and processes
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the Information and Communication Technology sector
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python or similar platforms
Excellent understanding of business intelligence concepts and analytics frameworks
Demonstrated ability to gather, interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and system documentation
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Project management experience or familiarity with Agile methodologies is highly desirable
Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar qualifications are advantageous
