Business Analyst
As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and technology to support the successful delivery of digital initiatives.
- Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Digital Technologies, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs
- Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software architecture, and REST APIs
- Practical knowledge of SQL/Oracle for data analysis
- Experience with CRM, Billing, or Sales-to-Cash processes
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably within the Polish market, is an advantage
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, well-organized, and results-oriented mindset
