Business Analyst / Associate Consultant

Location: Riyadh, Dammam, Dubai Type: Full-time Team: Strategy & Growth Reports to: Chief of Staff

We are looking for a sharp, hungry Business Analyst / Associate Consultant to join the Strategy & Growth team in Riyadh. You will work on strategic topics that directly drive company growth across multiple fast-moving project streams.

This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership from day one. You will be expected to move fast, think critically, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines. No two weeks will look the same.

What You Will Do:

• Work across multiple strategic work streams simultaneously with tight deadlines
  
• Build financial models, market analyses, competitive intelligence, and strategic presentations
  
• Support business development activities including proposals, bids, and client research
  
• Draft executive-level memos, board materials, and internal briefs
  
• Track deliverables, manage follow-ups, and ensure progress across work streams
  
• Quickly learn new topics and execute independently with minimal supervision
  

Requirements

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Big 4, or strong boutique) or similar high-performance environment
  
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred (strong undergrad from top-tier university also considered)
  
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)
  
• Excellent PowerPoint and written communication skills
  
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas clearly
  
• Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new tools, industries, and concepts
  
• Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  
• Highly tech-savvy and fluent in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Midjourney, etc.)
  
• Advanced English fluency required; Arabic is a strong advantage
