Business Analyst, Associate
Summary
Bridge between procurement teams and the M3 ERP system; gather requirements, design solutions, and test AI-enabled features for Infor’s procurement module.
- Collaborates with stakeholders for the business requirements and analyze and translate them into clear functional requirements related to M3 Procurement
- Designs M3‑aligned solutions that consider for system behavior, configuration impacts, and product constraints, and works closely with software engineers during implementation.
- Defines and executes test strategies, including functional, integration, regression, smoke, and performance testing.
- Investigates and resolves product issues by analyzing system behavior and propose effective solutions.
- Contributes in designing AI‑enabled solutions using M3 data and in AI productivity initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of Business Analyst experience or relevant experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, or business systems support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Exposure to or experience with ERP systems and understanding of core business processes.
- Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
- Ability to create process flows, user stories, use cases, or business requirement documents.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- AI-related knowledge and experience.
- Experience working in global environments.
