Business Analyst

Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱70,000 per month

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of digital products across mobile applications, websites, and other technology platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, leading requirements-gathering sessions, translating business needs into clear functional requirements, and collaborating closely with technical and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and project meetings.

• Work closely with product, design, engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

• Create and maintain business process flows, workflow diagrams, system documentation, and other functional documentation.

• Manage and track requirements, dependencies, deliverables, and backlog items using Jira.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify process, system, and operational improvement opportunities.

• Support solution discussions and ensure business requirements are aligned with technical solutions.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case validation, defect tracking, and business sign-off.

• Validate that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements and acceptance criteria.

About you

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

• Preferably experienced in mobile applications, websites, digital products, or technology-driven projects.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and practices.

• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and management.

• Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Proficiency in Jira for requirements, backlog, and issue tracking.

• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development/project delivery processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
