Business Analyst gathers requirements, analyzes processes, and proposes improvements for HR tech systems like Workday, aligning stakeholders and driving organizational change.
A Business Analyst for our client should possess a rich mix of business analysis, consultancy, and stakeholder management skills. The role involves investigating business needs, defining requirements, managing stakeholder relationships, and proposing strategic business improvements. The ability to facilitate business change, improve processes, and manage organizational transitions effectively is also vital. This professional should be adept in using various methods and tools to enhance business analysis and consultancy activities and support project management and testing functions to ensure that business solutions meet the desired standards and objectives.
Who You are:
You are a strong communicator & team player with multicultural acceptance and service orientation.
● 3 + years experience as Business Analyst ideally within the People & Culture area is a plus
● Strong sense of communication and ability to align within multiple stakeholders
● High familiarity with Workday modules, especially the Time and Absence module
● Strong analytical skills and coordination skills
● Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in getting decisions / sign-offs
● Excellent verbal and written English skills
● Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to plan own work to meet objectives,
and to work independently, mainly in virtual environment
● Extensive IT Project Experience in small to midsize projects is a plus
