Business Analyst to analyze and improve People & Culture technology processes, gather requirements, and facilitate change for Talent, Learning & Culture products.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Talent, Learning & Culture product area, working closely with Product Delivery Leads within the People & Culture technology landscape.
- Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.
- Ability to investigate business needs and define requirements.
- Experience in facilitating business change and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong consultancy and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting project management and testing activities.
- Familiarity with business analysis methods and tools.
