Business Analyst (Banking/1 Year Contract/Up to $6000)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain integrated plans, milestones, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), decisions and action logs across all phases.
• Coordinate workshops, governance meetings, minutes, owners, due dates and management reporting.
• Support current-state mapping, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, localisation and end-to-end traceability.
• Coordinate FSD/TSD reviews; consolidate comments, gaps, changes, decisions and sign-offs.
• Administer Jira/Confluence and controlled repositories, ensuring current records and audit evidence.
• Coordinate UAT preparation, access, test data, tester schedules, test cases and execution tracking.
• Track evidence, defects, triage, retesting, regression, exit risks and closure against agreed SLAs.
• Maintain ORA/ODR, MAS/regulatory, SOP, training, communications and operational-readiness checklists.
• Support data cleansing, migration validation, dress rehearsals, cutover plans, command-centre rosters and go/no-go conditions.
• Track hypercare, Day 1/Day 2 outcomes, deferred items, lessons learned and BAU handover.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in project delivery, business analysis or PMO support within banking, payments or financial services.
• Hands-on lifecycle exposure: requirements, design review, SIT/UAT, defects, migration, cutover and post-implementation support.
• Strong Jira/Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint and Word capability; disciplined document control and reporting.
• Structured, analytical and detail-oriented, with clear communication and dependable follow-through across concurrent priorities.
• Cards acquiring/issuing, personal loans, transaction processing, and cards projects delivery exposure is preferred.
