IT Business Analyst (Banking)

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month

Office Location: Changi, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Project Delivery

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows

• Improve Procurement Workbench workflows, automation, and operational efficiency

• Coordinate with business and technology teams on solution implementation, SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment

Stakeholder Collaboration and Operational Support

• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and track project progress

• Provide functional support for Procurement Workbench and AI-enabled solutions, including incidents and enhancement requests

• Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials

GenAI and AI Governance

• Develop and refine GenAI prompts to support document summarisation, information extraction, and workflow automation

• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality, supporting data validation, performance monitoring, and AI governance

Requirements

• Qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline

• Experience in IT Business Analysis, requirements gathering, or system implementation, preferably in banking

• Understanding of SIT, UAT, and defect management

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI models and prompt engineering techniques is an advantage

Additional Skills:

(i) Experience with Figma for UI design is preferred

(ii) Practical knowledge of Postman and Python scripting is preferred
