What You'll Be Doing
As part of a collaborative project and transformation team, you will:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives, and operational needs.
Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Evaluate systems, APIs, integrations, and data flows to ensure effective solution delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support Agile delivery activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement workshops.
Participate in solution design reviews and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
Lead and support UAT activities, defect management, and production readiness initiatives.
Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and post-go-live support.
Contribute to project planning, risk management, and successful project execution.
What We're Looking For
Experience3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
Prior experience within Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments.
Experience working on system implementation, digital transformation, platform migration, or integration projects.
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience with SQL and database analysis.
Exposure to APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
Familiarity with cloud-based environments, particularly Azure and .NET ecosystems.
Understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Linux/Unix environments is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with solution configuration, troubleshooting, and testing activities.
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
