About the role
As Business Analyst, you will identify and define business requirements, document processes, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency for Clients.
What you'll be doing
Gather and analyse business requirements from clients
Document and map business processes and workflows
Translate business needs into functional specifications and concept mockup
Collaborate with Client and development teams to design and implement solutions
Test and validate new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Continuously monitor and report on the progress of implementation
Discuss functional improvements and usability experience
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in related field
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Enterprise Information Technology industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Excellent English communication and professional management skills
Proficient in business process mapping, requirements gathering
Familiar with project documentation and figma prototyping
Understanding of business systems, project lifecycle, and IT infrastructure
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
