Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors – Computer Scienece, IT, Engineering or any related course
- Required prior experience with ServiceNow, Genesys, Predictive intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, Python
- Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
- Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years experience as an Business Analyst is required
- Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
- Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
- Good knowledge of Automation, RPA, and AI solutions
- Exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, Genesys, Copilot, Power Platform and related tools
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Support in proposal creation and solution design
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
- Implement Design, Development, Validation and Support activities in line with architecture requirements
