Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer, market, regulatory, and stakeholder needs and translate them into clear software requirements.
• Create and maintain requirements specifications, product documentation, traceability records, and approval materials.
• Manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Review and validate requirements with product managers, project managers, development teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support acceptance validation, product testing, status reporting, roadmap planning, and engineering change activities.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 7 years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in requirements management.
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in software or product development.
• Strong capability in requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, validation, and traceability.
• Ability to understand customer workflows, measurement processes, regulatory needs, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience preparing structured technical specifications and communicating requirements to engineering teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum software development practices.

Education: Any graduation; engineering or technology education is preferred.
