Business Analyst

We're seeking a Business Analyst to help ensure digital services and technology requirements are embedded into the planning, design, and delivery of new and upgraded facilities.

You'll work alongside stakeholders, providing business analysis expertise across design assurance, governance, planning, and delivery activities. This is a role for someone who enjoys navigating complex environments, bringing clarity to evolving requirements, and ensuring digital outcomes are considered throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and programme teams
• Support planning and design activities with a focus on digital service integration
• Contribute to governance, assurance, and decision-making processes
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Help ensure project outcomes align with organisational and user needs

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large or complex environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across multiple workstreams and delivery teams
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Experience within infrastructure, healthcare, facilities, construction, or large-scale enterprise programmes will be highly regarded
