Business Analyst

You will be working for international clients to support our HRO services for their locations in Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Czech Republic, Switzerland.

Your tasks are:

• Support analyze HR Administrative processes end to end
• Analyze requested changes for HR / PY Processes and define solutions
• Documents process changes to our processes, workbooks, user guides, job aids
• Update / Implement all changes required to processes and or systems
• Define requirements for PY System changes and work closely with the PY provider to implement them
• Prepare and execute test scenarios depending on type of changes
• Work closely with all impacted parties

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR / PY / HRO business;
• Excellent command English language, both written and verbal; good language skills in German are a plus
• Previous client facing experience, attending calls, issue management, presentations, etc.
• Solid knowledge of preferably HR processes, HR systems, documentation, client requirements and service level agreements;
• Analytical, detail oriented, critical and problem-solving thinking;
• Innovation and improvement initiative;
• Strategic thinking, be a quick learner and easily embrace and adapt change;
• Good time management and prioritization skills;
• Good interpersonal communication skills (networking, conflict solving, negotiation) and to comfortably interact with people on different levels and areas.
• Competency in HR/PY systems as SAP, Successfactors, Workday, as well as Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and preferably Visio;
• Competency in Service Now would be a plus;
• Nice to have - experience in reporting requirements (SQL), BCS Certification in Business Analysis
