Business Analyst (Contract)

Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Support production issues: investigate tickets, query the database to find where data is wrong, and propose solutions

• Gather and analyze requirements for claim system enhancements and write clear functional specs and user stories

• Work with business users and Product Owners in Bangkok and with the regional IT team

• Support UAT: prepare scenarios, coordinate testing, and track defects to closure

• Manage work through tickets in Jira and document in Confluence

• Contribute to transformation initiatives alongside production support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong background in insurance or insurance broker experience

• Basic SQL skills, able to query databases and analyze data issues

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience working in Agile teams

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
