Business Analyst - IT Solution
Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿60,000 per month
The Business Analyst - IT Solution role supports business and system improvement by gathering requirements, analysing processes, and translating business needs into practical solution requirements. Based in the Rama 3 area, the position also supports data analysis, user acceptance testing, and project delivery.
Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and needs, and develop project proposals, robust business cases, and presentations
Conduct ad hoc data analysis on core business metrics and deliver clear, high-impact findings
Evaluate end-to-end business processes to drive continuous improvement
Translate solution analyses into comprehensive Requirement Specification (RS) documents
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet user expectations
Monitor project timelines and deliverables closely to support timely completion
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
Experience preparing RS documents in English
Good English communication skills
Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is preferred
