Remote senior/lead business analyst role based in Mexico, centered on CRM work and integrations (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP or similar). Day to day involves gathering integration requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, data mapping/process modeling, and delivering in Agile using Azure DevOps.
