Business Analyst
Summary
Business analyst bridging clients and dev teams on Japanese website application projects: analyzes and documents requirements, translates them for developers, supports testing/UAT, and tracks delivery quality. Requires Japanese N2 fluency, PM experience (Agile/Waterfall), and wireframing with Adobe XD/Figma, plus business travel to Japan and Southeast Asia.

Perform test Unit and support customer test UAT

Grasp requested tasks by yourself and execute them without fail.
Engaged in website application projects and working directly with clients.
Required Skills and Experience
Fluency in Japanese (N2 higher level)
Experience working with Japanese Project.
Good internal and external communication skills.
2 years of B2B business experience
Knowledge of planning and delivery skills, experience at project management
Having demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills with strong attention to detail.
Logic thinking, high responsibility, multitasking skills and proactivity skills
Personality Traits: Openminded, excellent communication skills, proactive in onsite collaboration with the team,
energetic, and confident.
Willingness to travel on business to Japan (36 months), Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hanoi, and Danang
Skill set encompassing Business Analysts, IT counterparts specializing in project management, and/or Bridge System
Engineers (BrSE).
Proficiency in utilizing project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
Demonstrated experience with wireframing tools, including proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma.
