Business Analyst in West Jakarta working for Elitez Group's client: bridges business needs and technology by gathering requirements, running gap analysis, writing BRDs, and supporting SIT/UAT alongside the application development team. Pays Rp 16–20 million per month.
Salary: Rp 16,000,000 – Rp 20,000,000 per month
About the role
On behalf of our client, Elitez Indonesia is looking for a qualified professional to join their team as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide appropriate and effective solutions aligned with business goals and objectives.
Bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions.
Conduct gap analysis by understanding business requirements and developing technology solutions.
Collaborate with the Application Development team to deliver appropriate and comprehensive solutions.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) plans and test cases.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities to ensure smooth implementation.
Identify potential risks and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
Identify potential issues and risks, and proactively recommend risk management best practices.
Collaborate with all project team members.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), obtain sign-offs, and develop Business Case Documents and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Leadership skills.
Ability to analyze root causes from strategic, business, and system perspectives, with strong decision-making skills.
