Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements.
Document specifications and requirements in detail.
Collaborate with development teams, architects, and product owners.
Manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Support digital transformation and data analytics initiatives.
Must Haves:
2-5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Lead Analyst.
Strong experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
Solid understanding of business processes and their technical implications.
Strong documentation and communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the logistics industry.
Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
Knowledge of Python, APIs, and basic programming languages.
