This role is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specializing in IT consulting within the pharmaceutical sector.
Main Responsibilities
The core duty of this position is to conduct comprehensive business analysis to support project objectives directly.
Conduct thorough analysis of scientific processes and data workflows.
Prepare detailed business cases including qualitative and quantitative ROI.
Lead the organization and documentation of scientific data requirements.
Develop implementation plans including technical and change management activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document scientific requirements for digital solutions.
Act as a liaison between scientific stakeholders and IT development teams.
Prioritize, plan, and execute digital solution projects.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in business analysis within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of scientific processes, data management, and laboratory operations.
Knowledge of scientific digital solutions such as LIMS and ELN.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry.
Project management experience with ability to prioritize and drive project outcomes.
Nice to Have
Experience within animal research and laboratory animal welfare is highly desirable.
Experience with BPMN standards and modern analytical software tools.
Knowledge of additional data visualization tools.
