Summary

Business Analyst gathers requirements, maps processes, and designs improvements for software systems, collaborating with dev teams to ensure functional alignment.

The role of Business Analyst involves engaging in functional analysis, focusing on requirements gathering, functional specification, and the documentation of business processes and workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Experience in functional analysis, including requirements gathering, functional specification, and documentation of business processes and workflows (Mandatory)

  • Experience in product design, including AS-IS process mapping, creation of TO-BE processes, identifying and designing improvements, and reviewing existing processes (Mandatory)

  • Experience in designing, executing, and coordinating functional tests, working closely with the development team (Highly Valued)

  • High proficiency in English language (spoken and written) (Mandatory)

  • Strong knowledge of application integration, distributed systems, and databases (Highly Valued)

  • Familiarity with DB, Hibernate, PostGres, SQL (Highly Valued)

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence (Highly Valued)

  • Knowledge of UML, BPM, and state machines (Highly Valued)

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, Mathematics, or related fields (Highly Valued)

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst (Mandatory)
