Senior Business Analyst with banking and security experience
Summary
Senior Business Analyst gathers and documents banking and security requirements for AI use cases, then works with teams to implement controls and policies ensuring compliance and least-privilege access.
emagine is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, who can help one of our partners in the banking sector.
Responsibilities:
• Document business, security, compliance, and data-access requirements for generative AI and agentic AI use cases.
• Work with security, architecture, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into implementable controls and acceptance criteria.
• Help to define access-control policies for data, prompts, model outputs, APIs, and automated actions, including least-privilege and segregation-of duties requirements.
• Support governance and delivery by maintaining requirements of traceability, facilitating workshops, and validating that the proposed solutions meet business and risk objectives.
• Create Technical high-quality documentation
• Create SOPs, one pager, handbooks, user guides, templates
• Collaborate and engage with Projects team and related functions to build end-to-end high-quality documentation
• Collaboration on preparation of training materials
• Create and support Confluence documentation repository
• Create, link and support tasks in Jira
Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting the Business requirements in Cyber security areas (Identity and Access Management)
• Professional experience in the financial sector: in the Banking industry IT solutions, Business, and the IT Security domain
• Research and analysis skills
• Experience in creation of materials for the knowledge sharing and info sessions
• A solution-oriented and analytical mind-set, and you thrive working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• A collaborative person, who has excellent communication skills and has worked with both on-site and off-site development teams
• Fluent in the English language verbally and in written
