Business Analyst – FX
Summary
Business analyst for a Singapore-based bank, gathering and translating FX and e-Trading requirements into technical specs, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting platform rollouts and user onboarding.
We are looking for an experienced BusinessAnalyst – FX to join a leading banking client in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for FX and e-Trading initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, and IT teams to deliver business solutions.
- Support the onboarding and administration of e-Trading users.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of the Foreign Exchange (FX) market and the complete trade lifecycle, including Execution, Allocation, Clearing, and Settlement.
- Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional documentation.
- Hands-on experience supporting e-Trading platforms and user onboarding.
- Experience working with e-Trading Client Services or an Operations team in a high-availability environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of FX Middle Office and/or Back Office operations is an advantage
- Experience supporting UAT, productionrollouts, and post-go-live activities
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
