Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business objectives are met through effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. - Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to guide project development. - Create use cases and process flows to illustrate business processes and system interactions. - Analyze data related to capital markets, equity, mutual funds, and wealth management to provide insights and recommendations. - Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders. - Support project management activities by providing updates on requirements and project status. - Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Function Analyst. - Strong understanding of BRD, FRD, and use case development. - Knowledge of capital markets, equity, mutual funds, and wealth management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and tools.
