BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and maintain business and application-related information, including system interfaces, data flows, and application data.

• Support users with daily business queries and provide guidance on effective system usage.

• Understand project scope, assess business impacts, and support the Project Manager in impact assessments.

• Gather, analyse, and consolidate business requirements from various stakeholders.

• Work closely with technical teams to define business solutions aligned with long-term strategy, standardisation, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure solution designs follow the organisation’s data flow standards and business requirements.

• Define testing strategies, UAT plans, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage UAT activities, including timelines, test execution, batch runs, re-runs, defect tracking, and test result reporting.
  

  Requirements / Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, impact assessment, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong understanding of application systems, data flows, system interfaces, and business processes.

  • Experience in UAT planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
