Business Analyst

We have an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst (Migration) with 3 to 4 Years of experience for our client BALIC.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory experience in Life Insurance and/or Group Insurance domain.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in migration or transformation projects is preferred.
• Ability to work closely with business users, development teams, and project stakeholders.

• 4-7 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Good understanding of insurance processes, products, and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and requirement-gathering capabilities.
