Business Analyst
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support work across our business systems, operations, digital projects, and internal business requirements.
This opportunity may suit candidates with experience or study in business analysis, systems analysis, project coordination, administration, accounting, finance, IT, customer service, or business operations.
The role may involve:
- Understanding our business needs and gathering internal requirements
- Preparing process maps, business requirements, user stories, reports, and project documentation
- Meeting with our managers, team members, and stakeholders to understand problems and identify practical solutions
- Reviewing our business systems, digital tools, workflows, and operational processes
- Coordinating requirements across our managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders
- Supporting testing, implementation, process improvement, and delivery of internal projects
We are looking for people who have:
- Australian citizenship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer, analysis, and documentation skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to organise work and communicate with different stakeholders
- Willingness to learn new systems, industries, and business processes
- Genuine interest in business analysis, systems, operations, and project work
