Business Analyst
The Federal client is seeking a highly motivated, outcomes-focused Business Analyst who demonstrates initiative, takes ownership, and drives work forward. • Build strong relationships and trusted partnerships across business and technical teams. • Facilitate workshops, discussions and stakeholder engagement activities to understand business needs and align priorities. • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, processes, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Drive activities forward by proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities, and working with stakeholders to resolve them. • Support planning activities including backlog management, business case development, roadmaps and delivery planning. • Communicate progress, insights, risks and recommendations to support effective decision-making. • Work across multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining focus on outcomes and delivery. • Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.

• Experience working on data, reporting, analytics or information management initiatives. • Ability to work closely with developers on technical requirements. • Experience with Dynamics 365, APIs, integrations, or system architecture. • Experience supporting strategic planning, business case development or delivery roadmaps. • Understanding of data governance, data quality or business intelligence concepts. • Experience working within government or other large, complex organisations.
