Business Analyst (Insurance experience required)

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand current workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for insurance related projects.
Analyze and assess existing processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity.
Contribute to solution design and participate in configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation.
Track project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate activities using sound project management practices.
Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Over 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance industry.
Demonstrated project management skills, with experience managing deliverables and timelines.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in business English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills being advantageous.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
